today is boy 's off day so we slacked at his hse.
until late afternoon met up with soon for some muay thai teaching
but thats basic tt boy taught him...
accompanied em for 2++ hrs before we had our dinner...
* learn few things... why we alwaes get bruises when our bone got hit at
cos there is a soft layer of soft bone protecting our hard bone.
that is e layer that swells up.
kneading the softbone away ..imagine hw painful..knead leh!!
